By signing up or using Unlyx you agree to these terms.

1. Service

Unlyx is a hosted platform that allows you to operate an unlock-services business. We provide the software and infrastructure; you provide content and accept end-customer payments directly via the supported non-custodial crypto rails.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Unlyx to facilitate any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdictions of the customers you serve.

3. Payments

Subscription fees are billed per the plan you select, paid in USDT or USDC via the supported networks (BEP-20, TRC-20, Binance Pay). Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings.

5. Liability

Unlyx is provided "as is" without warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
