This Data Processing Agreement forms part of the Unlyx Terms of Service between UNIVERSALHOMEANDTECH LTD (company 16534780, 15a Shrubbery Road, London SW16 2AS, United Kingdom), the processor, and the shop owner, the controller of their customers' personal data.
1. Processing
We process the personal data your shop holds (customer names, e-mail addresses, sign-in records, orders and IMEI numbers) only to run your shop on your instructions: hosting, backups, e-mail delivery and support.
2. Security
Each shop runs on its own server with encrypted daily backups, mandatory two-step sign-in, encrypted secrets and logged support access that you approve.
3. Sub-processors
Server hosting (Hetzner, Scaleway), DNS and edge protection (Cloudflare), e-mail delivery (KapoMail / Postmark) and payments (ClaudePay). We tell you before adding a new one.
4. Your requests
Export or deletion requests are answered within 30 days. After a shop is closed its data is deleted after 30 days; invoices are kept as the law requires.
